Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of high-quality projects, contributing to both the creative and technical aspects of schemes. This will involve collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams from concept through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
Developing concepts into detailed proposals
Involvement in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 1-6
Coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and planning authorities
Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and construction standards
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality design
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork
Managing workload across multiple projects with confidence
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
ARB-registered Architect
Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice
Strong design skills and the ability to develop concepts into detailed proposals
Proficiency in Revit
