Senior Architect Location:             Hampstead, North London Salary:                  £48,000 – £58,000 (Depending on Experience) Introduction: Looking for more than just another architecture role? This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Senior Architect with proven experience in the private high-end residential sector and is confident using AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus). Package: £48,000 – £58,000 salary (based on experience) Hybrid Working (4 days in office, 1 working from home) Clear progression opportunities A strong emphasis on work-life balance and wellbeing Regular team events and creative workshops Training in neuroarchitecture and human-centred design principles  Office: Hampstead, North London Hybrid Working (4 days in office and 1 day working from home) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (with flexibility) Duties: Lead private residential projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion Oversee a team of 3–5 architects and assistants across multiple live projects Develop creative design responses rooted in neuroarchitecture and wellbeing Manage project budgets, timelines, and client communications Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities Mentor junior team members and contribute positively to studio culture  Requirements: 5–10 years’ post-Part III experience in UK-based private residential architecture Strong portfolio demonstrating early-stage design thinking and delivery experience Proven experience running projects with build values from £500k to £5M Excellent communication skills, confident with clients, consultants, and teams Strong AutoCAD proficiency (Revit would be advantageous) A clear interest in neuroarchitecture, biophilic design, or the relationship between architecture and wellbeing  If you’re ready to take a creative lead in a studio that’s redefining residential architecture through neuroscience and design innovation – we’d love to hear from you
