This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who offer a range design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a job running and experience Senior Architect who can deliver on a range of projects across the South East for their Peterborough offices.

Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships
Manage a small team and contribute effectively to their professional development
Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of workSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:
ARB registered
Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with Vectorworks is essential
Experience with Revit is advantageous
Experience managing projects across the residential and commercial sectors
Experience working on projects across RIBA stages 1-5
Job running experience
Excellent detailing and design skills
Experience in a previous role managing a small team
