Location: Holborn, Central London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (Depending on experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect or Project Architect with proven experience in the luxury residential sector and is confident using AutoCAD.
Package:
£50,000 – £60,000 (Depending on experience)

Collaborative, design-focused studio environment
Office: Holborn, Central London
Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
Lead and contribute to the design of high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
Act as the primary client contact and manage relationships confidently
Coordinate internal teams, consultants and contractors
Oversee technical packages and produce detailed drawings in AutoCAD
Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications and technical packages
Ensure smooth delivery of projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
Contribute to the wider design direction of the studio
Requirements:
ARB registered and Qualfiied Architect
Minimum of 5 years post-Part III experience
Strong background in London-based luxury residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
Experience running projects independently from concept to completion
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processesBefore You Apply
