Location: Reading
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
Introduction:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multi-disciplinary design practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile residential and mixed-use schemes across the UK and internationally. With a collaborative culture and commitment to technical excellence, they are now seeking a Senior Architect to take ownership of complex projects and drive them through technical design, construction, and handover.
This opportunity would be ideal for an ARB-registered Architect with strong experience delivering projects from Stage 3 onwards, particularly with a background in residential, regeneration, and mixed-use design, and proven ability working with Revit in a BIM environment.

£55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience

Office: Reading
Hours: Full-time (9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
Duties:
Lead projects through RIBA Stages 4–6, ensuring technical excellence and buildability
Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings, specifications, and tender packages
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve complex technical issues
Attend meetings, respond to RFIs, and manage contractor queries
Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical reviews
Manage planning applications and Building Regulations compliance
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support their needs
Requirements:
ARB-registered Architect with strong technical delivery experience
Proven track record of projects delivered from Stage 4 (Technical Design) to Stage 6 (Handover)
Strong Revit skills and confident working in BIM Level 2 environments
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants and contractors
Practical and methodical problem-solver with strong organisational skillsBefore You Apply
