Job Description
Our client are looking for a Senior Architect or Technician with experience delivering large-scale residential projects through construction.
You’ll be a key member of the technical design team, working on large-scale residential conversion and regeneration projects. From detailed design through to on-site delivery, you’ll ensure seamless coordination between new-build and refurbishment elements.
The Role
* Develop and manage detailed drawing packages (Stages 4–5).
* Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors.
* Oversee on-site technical delivery and contractor engagement.
* Manage design detailing, material selection, and construction sequencing.
* Keep communication flowing across the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
* Extensive experience delivering projects on-site, specifically on large UK housing schemes.
* Strong design and technical skills, with confidence across all RIBA Stages (3–7).
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards.
* Working knowledge of Permitted Development Regulations (desirable).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit (or similar) an advantage.
* Excellent 2D and 3D drawing skills.
* Organised, motivated, and adaptable, with strong time management.
