What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Architect, you'll take a leading role in guiding complex projects through all stages of design and delivery.
You will:
·Lead design proposals and manage project teams to ensure quality and innovation.
·Work on major projects valued between £10m and £200m.
·Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve design excellence.
·Deliver key stages, particularly RIBA Stages 3 & 4, with precision and creativity.
·Use your leadership as a Senior Architect to inspire collaboration and uphold design integrity throughout every phase.
What We're Looking For
To thrive as a Senior Architect, you will bring:
·Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects.
·Advanced technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, materials, and detailing.
·Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
·Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Location, Salary & Flexibility
·Location: London (Clerkenwell) - at the centre of the city's vibrant design community.
·Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
·Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
