The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Architectural Technician who can hit the ground running. You’ll be involved in all stages of the design and construction process, with a focus on technical design, detailed drawings, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed technical drawings for planning and building regulations
*
Prepare working drawings, specifications, and tender packages
*
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
*
Manage multiple residential projects from concept to completion
*
Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and standards
About You
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in residential architecture
*
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit or other BIM knowledge is a bonus)
*
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
A proactive attitude with great attention to detail
