Salary: £40-46,000 (depending on experience)

Lead the preparation and coordination of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring design intent and technical accuracy are maintained
Mentor and support junior technicians and team members, fostering professional growth within the studio
Liaise effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve complex technical and construction challenges
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and environmental standards
Contribute to the continued development of BIM workflows and best practice technical standards within the practiceSkills and Experience
Extensive experience in an architectural practice, ideally in a senior or lead technician capacity
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (strong BIM experience advantageous)
In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and materials
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
