Salary: £40-46,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation, coordination, and delivery of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
Manage projects through all design stages, ensuring technical integrity and design quality are consistently upheld
Guide and mentor junior team members, encouraging technical excellence and professional development
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to address complex technical and construction issues
Maintain compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards
Support the ongoing evolution of BIM processes and contribute to establishing technical best practices across the studio
Skills and Experience
Significant experience in an architectural practice, ideally in a senior or technical lead position
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (advanced BIM experience highly desirable)
Comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and material specifications
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines effectively
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication abilities
