Walker & Sloan are working with a respected architectural practice in London that’s looking to add an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to their growing team.
This role offers the chance to take the lead on high-end residential and commercial projects, working from developed design through to detailed technical delivery. You'll play a key part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and coordination of technical information across a variety of exciting, design-led schemes — including listed buildings and complex urban developments.
🛠️ What you’ll be doing:
*
Developing fully coordinated technical design packages (Revit or AutoCAD)
*
Preparing detailed construction drawings and tender documentation
*
Collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
*
Attending site visits and contributing to design coordination and problem-solving
*
Ensuring all outputs meet UK Building Regs and the practice’s internal quality standards
🎯 What we’re looking for:
*
5+ years’ experience in UK-based architectural practices
*
Strong technical knowledge and confident detailing ability
*
Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD (Revit preferred)
*
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning policy
*
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
