Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Southampton
Salary: £35-42,000
Our client, a progressive and innovative architectural practice, is looking for an accomplished Senior Architectural Technician with proven experience delivering projects for major national house builders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team dedicated to creating high-quality residential developments.

What You'll Do:
Produce accurate, detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential schemes
Work closely with designers, planners, engineers, and clients to meet creative and regulatory objectives
Ensure designs comply fully with UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
Represent the practice in client and project team meetings
What You'll Bring:
Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Extensive experience delivering projects for major UK house builders
Exceptional technical knowledge and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant CAD/BIM software
In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
