Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: West Sussex
Salary: £38-46,000 DOE
I'm partnering with a highly respected, award-winning architectural firm to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist for their innovative studio in West Sussex. This forward-thinking team delivers an exciting mix of residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects, guiding each one seamlessly from concept through to completion.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll take the lead on delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4-6, primarily across residential and mixed-use schemes. You will:
Prepare and coordinate detailed working drawing packages, including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and technical data
Manage coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships throughout each stage
Mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering collaboration and upholding high technical standardsAbout you
Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology (CIAT membership or eligibility advantageous)
Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and Housing Standards
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities
Confident working both independently and collaboratively
