Provide technical design services and project management to the residential sector
Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
Produce building regulations and planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
Deliver the technical and co-ordination aspects of projects and ensure successful deliverySkills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist
Degree within Architectural Technologist
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Experience working on projects within the Healthcare sector
Proficiency with Revit
CIAT registered would be advantageous
Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
