Job Description

Senior Architectural Technologist Location: Chipping Norton Salary: £38-45,000+ DOE A Senior Architectural Technologist is sought to join a dynamic studio based in Chipping Norton, working across a wide range of residential projects. The role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to conservation and residential schemes, focusing on the sustainable adaptation and sensitive transformation of historic buildings. The successful candidate will bring over several years of post-qualification experience and a passion for breathing new life into heritage properties. Projects include mansion houses, manor houses, rectories, and farmsteads across the Cotswolds. Due to the nature of site visits and regional travel, a full clean driving license and access to a personal vehicle are essential. Mileage is reimbursable.
