They are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Leeds.

Personal developmentDuties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
Lead and deliver on a range of residential projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit UK building regulation and planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships
Attend site visits and ensure technical compliance of projects
Produce detailed drawing packages using RevitSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician
Proficient with Revit
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience
Background in managing projects within the residential sector
Strong technical and design skills
CIAT registered would be desirable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
