Lead the production of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, standards, and best practice
Support project delivery from concept through to completion, maintaining quality and efficiency
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleaguesWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, ideally at a Senior level
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and detailing
Proficiency in Revit (essential)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
