Job Title: Asbestos Manager (Progression Opportunity)
Location: Home-based - North West - with travel (van & fuel card provided)
Salary: £38,000 + package + training
Contract: Permanent – Full-time
Overview:
Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor (P402) looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to move into an Asbestos Manager role with full training in management, compliance, and wider business operations.
You’ll build on your surveyor background while gaining skills in project planning, resource management, quoting, and non-licensed removal (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out asbestos management, refurbishment & demolition surveys
*
Produce and collate accurate survey reports
*
Support operational and office-based project delivery
*
Gain training in non-licensed asbestos removal, project planning, and quoting
*
Assist with compliance, RAMS, and site audits
*
Progress into wider management responsibilities
Requirements:
*
BOHS P402 (or equivalent) – essential
*
Previous experience in asbestos surveying (domestic, commercial, or industrial)
*
Knowledge of asbestos regulations & compliance
*
Strong organisational & reporting skills
*
Ambition to grow into a management role
*
