Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Asset Manager role
Reporting to the Head of Assets, you will:
Oversee asset performance, ensuring safety, generation targets, risk control, and financial returns
Coordinate with O&M providers to maintain assets and drive performance improvements
Manage O&M, PPA, and lease agreements across the portfolio
Ensure smooth transition of new assets from project delivery, including walkdowns and punch-list resolution
Handle EPC warranty claims and availability/performance guarantees during the defects liability period
Prepare and track budgets, working with finance teams to meet portfolio financial goals.
Produce clear performance reports for senior management and stakeholders
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Degree in engineering, business, or a related field
5+ years' experience in asset management within the renewable energy sector (rooftop solar experience advantageous)
Knowledge of EPC, O&M, PPA, and lease agreements, with proven experience managing such contracts
Familiarity with renewable energy regulations and technologies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions

A confident communicator with the ability to negotiate and build strong working relationships
Able to work independently and collaboratively across internal and external teams
