EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The position is based near Manchester for and exciting consultancy practice who are growing year on year. They work in all sectors of the built environment.
The role is for a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
* Cost reporting
* Tender analysis
* Professional services; condition reports, dilapidations etc
* Contract administrations
* Client care
* Progress reports & programming
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor requirements for the role are:
* Minimum of 4 years experience
* Both professional services and project based experience
* Autonomously running projects
* Client care experience
* MRICS chartered.
