Job Description
A well-established multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join its Bromley office. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion while working closely with an experienced and collaborative team. Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 DOE
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Additional 3 discretionary days leave over the Christmas period

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Overview
Deliver building surveying and project management instructions from cradle to grave
Manage a diverse portfolio of public sector, residential and education projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee contract administration and project delivery
Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Requirements
MRICS qualified or working towards Chartership
Consultancy background within Building Surveying
Strong project management experience
Comfortable managing projects independently
Experience across public sector projects would be advantageous
Previous mentoring experience beneficial
Stable career history
