Senior / Associate Building Surveyor - Job Overview
This is a pivotal role for a confident and commercially minded Building Surveyor looking to make a real impact within a regional team. Based out of the Plymouth or Truro office, you'll be supporting the growth of the surveying offer across Devon and Cornwall, with a strong focus on project delivery and business development.

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor - Job Requirements
MRICS-qualified (or working towards) Building Surveyor with several years of post-qualification experience
Broad exposure across professional services and project delivery, with a passion for retrofit and sustainable building solutions
Confident spotting new opportunities and developing client relationships across the public and private sectors
Willing to take a hands-on role in project and contract administration, including schemes like rural developments and estate upgrades
Strong understanding of the South West property and construction landscape, including the ability to identify new work streams
Friendly, approachable, and collaborative - someone who thrives in a supportive team environment
