Location: Swindon (Hybrid Working Available)
PQE: 5–8 years

A leading regional law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Family team in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented family lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking and award-winning environment.
The Role
You’ll take on a broad, privately funded caseload including:
Divorce and separation
Financial remedy and asset division
Children law matters
Pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements
You’ll be expected to play an active role in the team’s continued growth, supporting junior colleagues and driving business development through strong networking and client relationship skills.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years’ PQE in family law
A confident self-starter with experience handling complex and varied files
Strong business development and networking ability
Excellent client care and communication skills
A collaborative team player with leadership potential
