Senior Associate – Family Law | Take the Lead on Complex Family Matters

The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate in Family Law, you will:
Take the lead on a broad caseload of complex, high-value family matters, including divorce, financial remedies, cohabitation disputes, and private children work.
Advise clients on sensitive and often challenging issues with clarity, empathy, and sound legal judgement.
Represent clients in Court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and collaborative law.
Draft, review, and negotiate clear, robust legal documents, including financial orders, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and child arrangements orders.
Develop strategies that protect your clients’ interests while achieving fair and practical outcomes.
Supervise and mentor junior solicitors, trainees, and support staff — ensuring consistently high-quality client service.
Build and nurture trusted client relationships, acting as their go-to advisor during challenging times.
Collaborate with partners on business development initiatives and contribute ideas for the continued growth and future direction of the Family team.What We’re Looking For
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8–10+ years’ PQE in family law.
Proven experience managing complex and high-value family law cases.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
Solid understanding of family procedure rules and best practice in client care.
Previous experience in a reputable family or full-service firm is desirable.
A confident leader who can supervise, motivate, and support others in the team.
Commercially aware with the ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
