A leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their growing team in the heart of London. This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Associate with a strong background in residential property to work with high-value clients and complex transactions in a respected and supportive environment. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in the delivery of specialist advice within the residential property space, working with high-net-worth individuals and overseeing transactions impacted by evolving legislation, such as the Building Safety Act. The Senior Associate's role This Senior Associate position will be focused on residential property matters, including leasehold and freehold transactions, with a particular emphasis on complex sales and purchases. You'll manage a varied caseload and act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering practical and commercially focused advice. The successful candidate will also play an active role in business development, contributing to blogs, seminars and networking events to raise the profile of the team. Strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-driven approach are essential to thrive in this client-facing role. The Senior Associate To succeed as a Senior Associate, you will bring: A qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 5 years' PQE Strong experience in residential property, including complex leasehold matters and Building Safety Act-related transactions A track record of working with high-net-worth clients and managing difficult or high-value transactions Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and commercial awareness Confidence with IT systems and a proactive approach to client care and team collaboration In Return? £70,000-£90,000 25 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, and life assurance Private health cover and discretionary bonus Hybrid working policy Career progression and regular development opportunities within a supportive team
