About the Role
* Leading and delivering on new build projects across housing, urban regeneration, or logistics/warehousing sectors
* Working closely with the wider team to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
* Contributing to business growth and development by bringing fresh ideas and a proactive mindset
* Supporting and mentoring junior staff where appropriate
About the Requirements
* MRICS qualified
* Strong track record in new build construction – ideally residential, regeneration, or industrial/logistics sectors
* Excellent commercial and communication skills
* Someone motivated to progress to Associate level in the near future
* A team player with the ambition to help shape the future of the business
