Senior Audio Visual Engineer

£38,000 - £42,000 + Overtime + Specialist Industry Training + Company Van + Fuel Card + Bonus + Health Insurance

Home Based, National Travel (Ideally Located: Bolton, Manchester, Liverpool, Wigan, Preston, Blackburn, Warrington, Leigh)

Are you an experienced AV Engineer or Senior Installation Technician looking to take the next step in your career, working on high-end projects while receiving specialist training and excellent earning potential?

This company specialise in the installation, commissioning, and servicing of audio visual and networking systems across commercial environments nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior AV Engineer to strengthen their expert team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to step into a senior role, gain leadership experience, and maximise earnings through overtime and bonuses, all while working on varied and technically interesting projects.

The Role:

Lead installation and commissioning of AV and networking equipment across commercial sites
Oversee projects on-site, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard
Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians
UK-wide travel with frequent overnight stays
Ongoing specialist training on advanced AV systems and technologies
Door-to-door pay, overtime, company van and fuel card
The Person:

Experienced AV Engineer / Senior Installation Engineer
Strong background in AV, structured cabling, or networking systems
Previous experience leading projects or supervising engineers (desirable)
Looking to progress within a specialist, growing industry
