Are you a seasoned AV Installation Engineer looking to step up, lead from the front, and take ownership of exciting national projects?
Join a dynamic, forward-thinking team at the forefront of audio-visual and display solutions, delivering standout installations across the commercial, retail, corporate, and education sectors.
We're seeking a Senior AV Installation Engineer with hands-on expertise and leadership experience to take the reins on-site, drive quality, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing:
Take the lead on end-to-end AV and display installations on-site.
Be the go-to person for installation teams and act as the on-site project lead.
Read and interpret technical drawings, briefs, and scopes of work.
Work closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
Oversee system testing and basic commissioning of AV hardware.
Ensure H&S compliance is always top priority on-site.About You:
3+ years' AV/display installation experience with strong hands-on skills.
Confident leading a team or running projects as a Site or Project Lead.
Skilled with mounting displays, cable running, and AV system setup.
Great communicator, organised, and proactive problem solver.
Hold a full UK driving licence and happy to travel and stay overnight as required. What's in It for You:
