Site Agent / Project Manager - Utilities
📍 Location: Yorkshire or Midlands

A leading multi-utility contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Project Manager (SAP) to oversee delivery of residential and industrial/commercial (I&C) projects across either the Yorkshire or Midlands region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with a strong pipeline of work, where you'll play a key role in managing multi-utility schemes from planning through to energisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the safe and efficient delivery of multi-utility projects (LV/HV, gas, water)
Act as SAP for electrical connections up to 132kV
Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and client communications
Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
Support handover, energisation, and final commissioning of schemes
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in utilities or infrastructure project delivery
SAP authorisation (or working toward it) for HV electrical networks
Strong understanding of residential and I&C connection requirements
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
