Senior Automotive Service Advisor
OTE up to £38,000!
Monday to Friday – No Weekends!

Eastbourne Area
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and customer-focused professional to take the lead of a small front-of-house team within a well-established commercial vehicle dealer.
This position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £32,000, plus a OTE bonus of £6,000 per annum paid monthly, alongside sociable working hours of 8:00am–5:30pm Monday to Friday.
The role also comes with excellent prospects for progression into management, making it an ideal move for someone keen to advance their career.
Responsibilities
* Leading, motivating and supporting a team of two front-of-house staff
* Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
* Driving up selling opportunities to maximise revenue
* Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area
* Ensuring high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role
* Strong people management and motivational skills
* A proactive approach to customer service and upselling
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A desire to progress into a management-level position
Salary and Benefits
* Basic salary up to £32,000
* Bonus of £6,000 per annum, paid monthly
* Hours: 8:00am–5:30pm Monday to Friday (contracted Saturdays, but these haven’t been worked in 5 years)
