A fast-growing AV & event hire company is looking for a Senior AV Technician to join their dynamic team, delivering standout events and exhibitions across the UK and Europe.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with strong technical experience and a passion for live and installed AV solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading technical setups across video, sound, lighting, and LED systems
* Operating and troubleshooting equipment during live events and exhibitions
* Managing on-site installations and liaising directly with clients
* Driving company vehicles to event sites (UK & international travel involved)
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in the AV/events industry
* Strong all-round technical knowledge (sound, video, lighting, LED walls)
* Full UK driving licence and valid passport
* A flexible, hands-on team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable working under pressure in live environments
