Job Vacancy - Senior Bathroom Sales Designer
Industry - Luxury Bathrooms
Location - North London
Working hours - Monday to Friday - with 2 Saturdays per month with a day off in lieu
Salary - up to circa £45K per annum + commission + mileage

Our client is a luxury bathroom showroom who are seeking an experienced Senior Bathroom Sales Designer to join their small team.
The business has grown organically through word of mouth recommendation and has formulated a great 5 year strategy for growth.
We are looking for a talented, hard working and ambitious person with ideally at least 3 years recent experience in bathroom design and experience in using Virtual Worlds.
A full UK driving licence and transport will also be required for home consultations.
The role:
You will be required to
• Ensure that the showroom runs smoothly and effectively in order to both meet and exceed sales and profit targets while providing an effective and efficient 1st class service to all customers.
• Visiting customer locations for home consultations and measurement
• Bathrooms design and presentation 2D and 3D – experience of Virtual Worlds required.
• Managing projects, dealing with contractors and suppliers, whilst meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
The successful candidate must have previous bathroom sales experience (ideally in the luxury market), as well as the following essential qualities:
• A strong flair for design and sales
• Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and good people skills.
• Able to negotiate effectively and communicate on all levels
• Good organisation skills and ability to project manage
• Meet, greet and direct customers around the showroom
• Take leads for every customer contact
• Provide the customer with detailed information and advice on products and services
• Be accountable for keeping up to date with product knowledge
• Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring repeat business.
