The Role As a Senior Bid Writer, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities across construction and social housing projects. You’ll be responsible for:
Leading the writing and development of bids, PQQs, and tender responses.
Translating complex technical information into clear, persuasive content.
Working closely with estimators, planners, and subject matter experts.
Driving bid strategy to ensure submissions are high quality, compliant, and on time.
Mentoring and supporting junior bid team members.
About You We’re looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience as a Bid Writer in the construction/social housing sector.
A strong track record of winning bids.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
