Senior Bike Mechanic | Leeds | Up to £33,000 + Bonus
Do you have a passion for bikes and the skills to lead a workshop team? We're looking for a Senior Bike Mechanic in Leeds who can combine expert repair knowledge with people management and customer service in a busy, supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting a small workshop team
Carrying out bike servicing, repairs and e-bike diagnostics
Delivering excellent customer service and advice
Managing workflow, stock levels and workshop organisation
Supporting sustainability through repair, recycling and reuse
Coaching and mentoring colleagues to help them grow
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic, with leadership/management skills
Strong technical knowledge - Cytech Level 2 or equivalent desirable
Confident communicator who can inspire both customers and colleagues
Passion for cycling, sport or active lifestyles
Practical problem-solver with a proactive approach
Positive, professional and committed to sustainability
