Summary:
Shape the future of our cities and environments by joining our team as a Senior BIM Technician. Youll play a vital role in transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects both domestically and internationally. We work across diverse sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, Education, and Water, providing industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle. If you are passionate about this industry and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we would love to hear from you. We have national opportunities in our Defence and Energy markets. Your responsibilities will include generating and delivering models and drawings to relevant design standards, setting up and operating systems like ProjectWise and BIM360, managing time and deliverables to meet key project milestones, working closely with multidiscipline teams, and adhering to quality assurance standards.
Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience with Civils 3D
Competence in Revit
Experience in implementing and administrating Common Data Environments
Knowledge of external works modelling (utilities, paved surfaces, earthworks, drainage)
Ability to manage time effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of design standards and codes
Quality assurance expertise in design
Capability to deliver high-quality models and drawings
Software/Tools:
AutoCAD
Civils 3D
Revit
ProjectWise
BIM360
Certifications & Standards:
Familiarity with design standards and codes
Experience with quality assurance in design
