Senior Brand & Content Executive | Leeds (Hybrid) | £35,000 - £40,000

As an SME experiencing rapid growth, we're investing further into our marketing capability to help expand our growing brand and support and capitalise on a growing sales function.
We're looking for a Senior Brand & Content Executive to take true ownership of our brand and content - a self-starter who's confident making the calls on what we create, how we say it, and why!

The Role

This is a senior, individual contributor role. You'll own our brand voice and copy day to day, working closely with leadership and sales to shape content and collateral that supports a growing sales function.
You'll play a key role in shifting our tone from candidate-focused to a confident B2B voice, resonating with the enterprise, defence and public sector organisations we work with.

What You'll Be Doing

Owning our brand voice day to day, and making recommendations on content direction
 Taking ownership of copywriting across web, social, sales collateral and marketing materials
Creating multi-channel content, including hands-on design work in Canva
Managing our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram
Planning, filming, editing and publishing video content
Owning website content, SEO and performance reporting
Creating sales collateral and content to support a growing sales function
Supporting events, exhibitions and sponsorships with materials and on-the-day content

What We're Looking For

Proven experience owning brand and content in a marketing role, ideally with a B2B background
A genuine self-starter, confident making decisions on content and brand without close direction
Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for consistent brand voice
Hands-on content creation skills across social, video and design (Canva)
Comfortable supporting a sales team's goals without owning revenue targets
Bonus points for website/SEO experience, videography or photography skills, or familiarity with the tech recruitment or talent development sector

What We Offer

£35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience
Hybrid working, based in Leeds, with flexibility on office days
