Senior Building Surveyor- Project Led
Sheffield | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits
I am partnering with a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Sheffield that’s renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the Higher Education, Healthcare, and Local Authority sectors.
You’ll be part of a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team working across a diverse portfolio of projects, typically ranging from £100k to £10m in value.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering project and surveying services from feasibility through to completion. This includes:
Leading feasibility studies, condition surveys, and contract administration
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical expertise
About You
We’re looking for a self-motivated professional who brings technical excellence and a proactive approach to project delivery.
Chartered status (RICS or CIOB) or be working towards it
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles
Experience delivering public sector projects
