I'm working exclusively with a highly respected, long-established building consultancy known for its technical excellence, supportive culture, and strong presence across the UK. They are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing London team.

The Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be working across a broad range of commercial instructions, including:
Technical due diligence
Dilapidations (acting for both landlords and tenants)
Project work including contract administration and project monitoring
Building surveys and PPMs
Party wall matters
Professional advisory work for high-profile investor, developer, and occupier clientsYou'll join a collaborative team, working alongside experienced Directors who will support your professional development while giving you room to lead.
What You'll Bring
MRICS qualification
Strong technical knowledge across both project and professional services
Confidence in client-facing situations and a commercial mindset
Desire to take ownership of work and help grow the London offering
Ability to mentor junior surveyors (advantageous)
