The Opportunity

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering a mix of professional and project led work across a prestigious client base. No two days are the same. You'll be exposed to a diverse workload and given real autonomy to lead projects from inception through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering project management and contract administration on commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes
Working across projects of varying scale and complexity, including high value developments.
Carrying out core professional services including surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis
Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Supporting and mentoring junior team members

MRICS qualified (or working towards)
Experience within a building consultancy environment, 5+ years
Strong project and professional surveying background
