Job Description

This consultancy role focuses on Technical Due Diligence while maintaining a broad professional building surveying workload. You will lead client instructions, produce technical reports and provide commercial property advisory services.

Responsibilities

  * Lead Technical Due Diligence inspections and reporting

  * Deliver professional building surveying instructions including dilapidations and planned maintenance advice

  * Manage client relationships and provide technical advisory services

  * Coordinate specialist consultants where required

  * Support junior surveyors through technical guidance and review

Requirements

  * MRICS qualified

  * Strong commercial building surveying consultancy experience

  * Proven Technical Due Diligence reporting background

  * Broad professional building surveying expertise

  * Experience advising commercial property clients

Salary & Package

  * £60,000–£70,000 basic salary

  * 15% contractual over-target bonus
