Senior Building Surveyor - Leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy
Location: Leeds
Salary: £50,000-£58,000 + Benefits (including a 10% pension contribution).
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a practice with a rich history dating back to the early 19th century, known for its innovation, technical excellence, and forward-thinking approach to sustainability. Sectors spanning government, education, transport, energy, and commercial sectors, you'll play a key role in delivering industry-leading projects from concept through to completion.
The Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, in addition to project delivery, you will provide high-quality professional Building Surveying services, including condition surveys, building, technical due diligence and dilapidations.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake a broad range of Building Surveying duties across multiple sectors
Lead client engagement and ensure consistent service delivery
Conduct building pathology assessments and prepare detailed reports
Perform due diligence and condition surveys
Administer contracts and oversee project deliveryAbout You
RICS Chartered (MRICS) with a RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
Demonstrated experience in both professional and project-based Building Surveying
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Comfortable working both independently and within a team
