Senior Building Surveyor – £63K–£70K + Bonus + Car Allowance + Full Package
📍 Covent Garden, London | Permanent | Hybrid
Join the growing London office of this 100 year old national multi-disciplinary consultancy. With a 60/40 project/professional split, you will be an integral part of this growing team, working across a range of sectors within a commercial environment.

🔑 Your Role
• Deliver surveys, project management, dilapidations, party wall & more
• Manage key client relationships and grow the business
• Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to the team’s success
🎯 Skills & Experience Required
• MRICS qualified (Chartered Building Surveyor)
• 2+ years PQE with strong UK commercial experience
• Ambition to progress to Associate level
