Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager – Liverpool

An established and highly regarded multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor with Project Manager to join their growing Liverpool team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to take on high-profile projects, develop strong client relationships, and progress into senior management.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
Lead professional and project instructions across commercial, residential, retail, leisure, and education sectors.
Undertake building surveys including condition, measured, defect diagnosis, and planned maintenance.
Deliver Contract Administration and Project Management services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and client needs.
Provide technical input on façade remediation, fire safety, and insurance reinstatement projects.
Manage financial performance, oversee project delivery, and support business development.
Mentor and supervise junior surveyors within the team.
About You
We are looking for:
MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with a minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience in private consultancy.
A strong technical background in Building Surveying and Project Management.
Commercial awareness and excellent client-facing skills.
Ambition to progress into senior leadership roles with pathways to associate director.
Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferable.
