Senior Building Surveyor - Central London (St Paul's) An established consultancy in Central London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team. The role offers a strong mix of professional and project work, with a particular emphasis on residential and commercial property. What's involved: You'll be working across a wide portfolio that includes: Full RICS Level 3 Building Surveys Pre-purchase surveys for high-value assets Listed building projects A blend of commercial and residential instructions The role is designed for someone who is confident leading instructions, liaising directly with clients and delivering work to the highest technical standards. About You: Senior-level Building Surveyor (MRICS or AssocRICS preferred) Strong background across both residential and commercial sectors Demonstrable experience with Level 3 surveys, listed buildings, and pre-purchase reports Professional, client-facing, and able to manage your own workload Package: £50k - £70k base salary depending on experience Performance-based bonus structure to reward delivery and client wins Central London office, next to St Paul's Cathedral, with hybrid flexibility Benefits package tailored to support career progression and work-life balance This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Building Surveyor to step into a role with autonomy, high-quality work, and genuine earning potential.
