Travel Requirement: Must be able to be in the office in either Newcastle, Leeds or Manchester when required.
Clearance: Active and transferable SC clearance required.
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Business Analyst to support a public sector end client in delivering user-centred digital services. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and a deep understanding of agile delivery in government settings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the discovery and analysis of business needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver effective digital solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Support the development of business cases and contribute to service design in line with GDS standards.Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in public sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centred mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with GDS standards and agile delivery methodologies.
