An IT Business Analyst is required to join a forward-thinking professional services organisation investing heavily in innovation, technology, and smarter ways of working. This is a unique opportunity to become the organisations first IT Business Analyst, helping shape how change and improvement are delivered across the business.
This is a hybrid role, with the option to be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow (both centrally located offices).
You'll sit at the heart of the organisation's innovation strategy, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve processes, and introduce new tools and technologies (including AI) that will have a real impact on how the business operates.

What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand current processes and uncover opportunities for improvement. You'll translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and help design more efficient ways of working.
You'll take the lead on delivering innovation and change initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners to implement new tools, systems, and processes. A key part of your role will be driving adoption, supporting communication, training, and engagement to ensure new ways of working are successfully embedded.
You'll ideally have most of the following
** Experience within a Professional Services environment
** Experience as an IT Business Analyst
** Strong stakeholder management skills
** A track record of improving processes or delivering change initiatives
** Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions
** Exposure to process mapping, automation, or emerging technologies (AI or low-code tools)
** Relevant certifications such as AGILE, Scrum Master or Business Analysis

What's on offer
