Senior Business Manager - Construction - Portsmouth
£40k-£50k per annum (DOE) + Commission, Rewards, Benefits & Incentives

Your impact/duties as a Senior Business Manager:
Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
Leadership & Team Building: Be able to lead the launch and development of a brand new office and provide hands on leadership and coaching to new members of staff
Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
Brand Growth: Be the face of Daniel Owen in the Portsmouth area, promoting the brand with professionalism and integrity
The Ideal Candidate for a Senior Business Manager:
Proven Professional: Proven experience in construction recruitment with a strong understanding of the industry and a track record of billing success
Leadership Experience: Managerial qualities allowing you to build, manage and develop a high performing team around you
Excellent Communicator: Posses brilliant communication skills face-to-face and via email to allow for new clients and account growth
Motivator and Ambitious: Inspire others and aspire to progress into a Director level role
