Senior Business Systems Analyst

£60,000-£70,000 | Cambridge (Hybrid)

REED Technology are supporting a rapidly scaling global SaaS organisation in Cambridge who are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst. This pivotal role focuses on optimising and scaling core business systems across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations.

The position is ideal for a Salesforce-focused systems professional who enjoys cross‑functional collaboration, tackling complex operational challenges, and delivering scalable, future‑proof systems solutions.

The Role

You will partner with senior business leaders to translate operational and financial requirements into effective systems solutions, ensuring platforms such as Salesforce and supporting business systems evolve in line with organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and end‑to‑end process reviews
Produce clear current‑state and future‑state documentation
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency and scalabilitySalesforce Administration:

Own day‑to‑day Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), reporting and data management
Manage permissions, data integrity and user support
Deliver enhancements for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success teamsBusiness Systems & Integrations:

Support optimisation of ERP, integration tools and collaboration platforms
Contribute to the systems roadmap and assist with UAT, testing and release cyclesData, Reporting & Financial Insight:

Develop dashboards and analytics across business systems
Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting
Promote strong data governance and cross‑system consistencyTeam Support:

Provide mentorship to a Junior Business Systems Administrator
Support workload prioritisation and ensure quality deliverySkills & Experience

Strong background as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Administrator
Hands‑on Salesforce administration experience (Admin certification preferred)
Experience supporting FP&A, budgeting cycles, SaaS metrics and forecasting
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable systems solutionsDesirable:

Exposure to ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite)
Experience with Celigo or similar integration tools
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Jira or Confluence
Understanding of APIs and system integrationsCandidates must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
