Senior Buyer - Non-Food FMCG | Salary: £80,000 + excellent package | Location: West Midlands (Hybrid Working)
Are you a commercially minded Senior Buyer with a track record in non-food FMCG? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognisable retail brands, at a pivotal time of growth.
As Senior Buyer, you'll play a key role in shaping the non-food product ranges - from sourcing and supplier negotiation to driving innovation and value for millions of customers.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the buying strategy for a defined non-food FMCG category
Building and managing supplier relationships (UK & international)
Delivering margin, availability, and sales targets
Monitoring market trends and driving innovation in ranges
Collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams
What we're looking for:
Proven track record as a Senior Buyer or strong Buyer ready to step up
Background in non-food FMCG categories (household, personal care, health & beauty, cleaning, etc.)
Strong negotiation, sourcing, and commercial acumen
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
This is a hybrid role based in the West Midlands, offering excellent progression, package, and the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced retail environment.
