Senior Support Worker – Day Shifts
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join an Outstanding-rated care home in Halstead, Essex.

Role Details:
* Position: Senior Support Worker (Day Shifts)
* Salary: £14.00 per hour with paid breaks
* Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week
* Shift Times: 8:00am – 8:00pm
* Weekend Requirement: Alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

* Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care role
* Strong understanding of person-centred care
* Confident leading a team and supporting junior staff
* Commitment to high standards and professionalism
* Willingness to work alternate weekends
